I have practised acupuncture and Chinese medicine for more than 15 years. My approach brings together the traditions of Chinese medicine, careful clinical assessment and an informed understanding of contemporary health research.
I take time to understand each patient’s health history, current concerns and treatment priorities. From there, I develop an individualised approach that is appropriate to the patient and the recognised scope of Chinese medicine practice.
My work in oncology clinical research and clinical operations has strengthened how I evaluate evidence, manage clinical risk and communicate with other healthcare professionals. Where appropriate, and with the patient’s consent, I can correspond with their GP, physiotherapist, chiropractor or other treating practitioner to support coordinated care.
